Have you noticed the "Zion Ministries" table in the narthex? Each month a different ministry of Zion will be featured. Take some time during the month to learn about the ministry from the display, take home a handout explaining the purpose and responsibilities of the ministry, and prayerfully consider if God is calling you to be a part of that team. He has a place for you to serve in at least one ministry. This month's feature is Children's Ministries. Additional team members are needed for next year, but don't wait --- new team members are always welcome. A sign-up sheet is on the table, if you would like to respond (or you can contact a member of the Lay Leadership Committee, or you can just call or e-mail the office, (724) 353-1720 or office@zionsarver.com.
Cabot Food Bank is in great need of grocery items or monetary gifts. The donation boxes are located in the narthex and downstairs by the elevator.
